Steer clear of this company, whether you're shopping directly or through Amazon or any other seller. The quality is just trash—like cheap junk from a dumpster.
To make matters worse, after I got my refund from Amazon, they tried to charge me again for the same item the very next day. I've already filed a dispute with my bank.
Don't throw away your cash or your time. It's total rubbish.

The customer service is just incredible! My package got lost, and all I requested was for the shipping costs to be covered. They took care of it and sent me a replacement right away!

"Selling Repaired Items as Brand New"
This company peddles used and fixed products, wrapping them up like they’re fresh off the shelf. The two items I got had a bunch of 'warranty void if seal broken' stickers piled on top of each other, all looking like they were from previous repairs. The first light didn’t work at all, and the second one I bought back in 2018 was actually from 2015. It took a whole month to get a functioning light since they wouldn’t swap it out under warranty until they dealt with my old one.

"Faulty Item"
I ordered a green LED Spright on December 7, 2015, and got the light on December 17. It functioned fine until December 24, 2015. I reached out to the company multiple times via email and phone, but they never got back to me. Eventually, I contacted the BBB, and the company said they would send a replacement. Now it's May 18, 2016, and I'm still dealing with this mess. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone.

"Awful Company Experience"
Seems like Blisslights has teamed up with QVC once more. This makes their items less expensive that hit the shelves. I had to interact with their customer service due to a defective product that barely lasted 3 weeks. These gadgets just don’t hold up, and they don’t support their merchandise. The company was WAY better before they got all corporate, as I purchased items back then and after the shift. Signed, a buyer of more than 10 units.
